ATHLETES considering a sport for SY2025-26 -- Sports Physicals will be conducted at Melstone Schools beginning at 1pm on TUESDAY, May 13th.
MHSA has a REQUIRED form that must be completed by a parent/guardian prior to the physical. Forms available at front office. Please contact Heidi if you would like the form sent home with a student.
