Notice of Final Budget Meeting Melstone Public Schools Districts 64J & 64JH Meeting Monday, August 25th at 7:00pm has been POSTPONED. Meeting Moved to Wednesday, September 3rd at 7:00 p.m. The Melstone School Board of Trustees, Districts 64J & 64H, Musselshell-Rosebud Counties, Melstone, Montana will meet on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Melstone School Cafeteria for the purpose of adopting final budgets for the 2025-26 school year. The meeting may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the district’s budgets, and any taxpayer in the District may appear at the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budgets. To be around and work with teachers and all the various personnel is truly fulfilling. The real joy though comes from our students, your children, gaining the knowledge and skills that enable them to live successfully in our world. While we promise to do our best to provide an environment to reach our purpose, we recognize that a positive partnership with you raises the potential for the highest level of achievement. With that thought in mind, I hope you always feel connected with us and know that we are an understanding and listening institution. Together Everyone Achieves More! The first day of school is nearly upon us - August 13th. I am pleased to introduce to you Ms. Sydni Seder as our new Administrative Assistant. If you know her, you also know how lucky we are to have her in the School Office. While she is new, Sydni will be able to help you with any inquires and/or connections you need. For Kindergarteners, please fill out the online enrollment form and provide copies of their birth certificate and immunization records to the office. You can drop those off at the office on your first day or fax them in at 406-358-2346.
