We are searching for a highly qualified administrative assistant to help with administrative tasks and potentially to be trained by our current Business Manager for his respective position for the coming school year. This is a full time position within the district which entails working with our Business Manager, K-12 Administrative Assistant and myself the District Superintendent. We are hopeful that you would be willing to be take on the Business Manager role after completion (and possibly sooner) of this school year. Compensation is determined by our School Board and depends upon your current skills and work experiences. Notice of Final Budget Meeting Melstone Public Schools Districts 64J & 64JH Meeting Monday, August 25th at 7:00pm has been POSTPONED. Meeting Moved to Wednesday, September 3rd at 7:00 p.m. The Melstone School Board of Trustees, Districts 64J & 64H, Musselshell-Rosebud Counties, Melstone, Montana will meet on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Melstone School Cafeteria for the purpose of adopting final budgets for the 2025-26 school year. The meeting may be continued from day to day until the final adoption of the district’s budgets, and any taxpayer in the District may appear at the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the budgets. To be around and work with teachers and all the various personnel is truly fulfilling. The real joy though comes from our students, your children, gaining the knowledge and skills that enable them to live successfully in our world. While we promise to do our best to provide an environment to reach our purpose, we recognize that a positive partnership with you raises the potential for the highest level of achievement.
